Definition: Physical Activity: Movement from muscles. Low, moderate, vigorous Exercise: Planned, structured, repetitive activity. Aims to improve fitness.

Definition: Physical Inactivity: Insufficient activity, minimal energy, health risks. Moderate activity (e.g., brisk walking, dancing) provides significant health benefits without the need for high intensity.

Ways in Strengthening the Immune System getting enough sleep and managing stress staying active eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and probiotics .
