My name is Charlene D. Ygoña . I was born on August 13 , 199 6 . 19 years of age. Cur rently residing at Poblacion West, Moalboal , Cebu.
I'm a third year student taking up Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Content Education at Cebu Technological University- Moalboal Campus .
Educational Technology
Educational Technology is a complex, integrated process involving people, procedures, ideas, devices and organization for analyzing problems and devising, implementing, evaluating and managing solutions to the problems involved in all aspects of human learning.
Educational Technology is a field study which is concerned with the practice of using educational methods and resources for the ultimate goal of facilitating the learning process. ( Lucido and Borabo , 1977).
Technology in Education Includes the use of audiovisual equipment which is referred to the hardware aspect of the educational technology.
INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY It is a part of educational technology which refers to those aspects of educational technology that are concerned with instructions as contrasted to designs and operations of educational institutions.
TECHOLOGY INTEGRATION It means using learning technologies to introduce, reinforce, supplement and extend skills.
EDUCATIONAL MEDIA These are channels or avenues or instruments of communication.

ROLES OF TECHNOLOGY IN LEARNING Technology as tools to support knowledge construction: For representing learner’s ideas, understanding and beliefs. For producing organized, multimedia knowledge bases by learners. Technology as information vehicles for exploring knowledge to support learning by constructing: For accessing needed information For comparing perspectives, beliefs and world views Technology as complex to support learning by doing: For representing and simulating meaningful real world problems situations and contexts.
Technology as a solid medium to support learning by conversing For collaborating with with others For discussing, arguing and building concensus among members of community. Technology as intellectual partner to support learning-by-reflecting: For helping what learner’s to articulate and represent what they known For reflecting what they have learned and how they care to know it.
CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF LEARNING A theory of knowledge that argues that humans generate knowledge and meaning from an interaction between their experience and their ideas. The theory that involves the active integration of new ideas with the learner’s existing schemata. Is a type where learner’s construct their own knowledge by experimenting with a domain, and interfering rules from the results of these experiments Is a learning with a purpose, learning which allows those who engage in it to attach more meaning to the world around them, learning in which things make more sense.
