SPECIAL NEED CHILDREN Every child is an individual and children with special Educational Needs are as different from each other. The most common special needs you are likely to find in your class are learning difficulties of various types. Many pupils do not conform to what we would consider ‘good’ behavior. Sometimes this is related to other problems in their lives which lead to them having a special educational need. Increasing inclusion has meant the removal of barriers to access and this is encouraging more parents to have their children educated in main stream schools along side their peers .Increasing advances in technology is making this more and more successful .

CLASSROOM MANAGMENT Classroom management is defined as how we as teachers use our resources in the classroom. This resources include time, materials, activities, our behavior and our learners behavior. The class teacher should be made aware of any children who are already on the special Educational Needs before begins to teach the class.

SEAT ARRENGMENT It is important that how can you arrange the sitting arrangement There are many kinds of learners in the class like- high achiever, low achiever, shy learner, miduker,slow learner, special need child. NOW ---the teacher and administrator decide Of sitting arrangement,,,,,,,,,,,,?

How to stop Inappropriate behavior in the classroom When children break the rules and his or her repetative behavior cannot be ignored, it is important that the teacher follow a system. Teacher should have to manage it by physically and make eye contact with him. Give him instruction by short word –like ‘stop’ ‘do your work’ or take him and sit beside your hand side.

Reinforcement and prompt Reinforcement is one of the most powerful things to control a special need child. Prompt is another important things to keep busy a special child Hug, social attention, smile, sticker, candy, you can used for reinforcement. It depends on learner choice. Teacher can use physical prompt, hand to hand prompt, verbal prompt.

ABOUT A TEACHER AT LAST A TEACHER IS A FACILATOR,HE OR SHE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE ,HAVE PATIENCE, AND POSITIVE MINDED .
