A. Self-Instruction Students are required to verbalize prior or during task performance Teacher can teach the students in group then let them work independently with supervision Children with learning disability need assistance (verbal routine, give pictures, visual cues)

C. Scaffolded Instruction Lev Vygotsky (Zone of Proximal Development) Children will learn better with adult assistance The teacher will allow the child to complete most task unassisted If the task is beyond capability, that’s the only time the teacher will assist
