12. Our Existing Tie-up ITM offers certification programme on sales training for reputed banks such as ICICI Bank and Kotak Bank to groom aspirants to take over the front line sales function. It offers a 4 week classroom training and 8 weeks of on-the-job training conducted at ITM University, Raipur. ITM has trained 10000+ sales officers. Ongoing at 4 ITM campuses with training 1000+ trainees per month basis. The bank pays the course fees on behalf of the student which is recovered by way of deduction from his/her monthly salary. Bank pays a stipend for its 2 months on-the-job training. On course completion, the participant is absorbed as a  Sales Officer/Asst. Acquisition Manager  with the bank. ITM has 45+ Sales Trainer with BFSI experience on-board. 12
