3. CONCEPT OF LEARNING Learning is the process by which an individual acquires knowledge, attitudes and skills that are necessary to meet the demands of life. Learning is very important for man’s life as it brings change, modification, development, improvement and adjustment. Learning is a comprehensive term, which has different meanings.Learning includes: Acquisition of knowledge and information Acquisition of new skills Acquisition of new experience Modification of behavior through knowledge and experience
