Technology Acceptance Model It was introduced by Fred D. Davis in 1986 . It is used to understand technology adoption by individuals, it can be adapted to explore how school leaders adopt and use digital tools. The model can help explain factors influencing school leaders' acceptance and use of digital tools, such as perceived usefulness and ease of use.
Transformational Leadership Theory This theory was first introduced by James MacGregor Burns in 1978 and later expanded upon by Bernard M. Bass in the 1980s . The study focuses on how technology can enhance leadership effectiveness, this theory can be used to explore how digital tools can help school leaders inspire and motivate staff, create a shared vision, and foster a positive school culture.
