OSH FOR CONTRACTORS Occupational health and safety provisions shall be included in all contracts entered into. Before any contractors starts work on the site, the employees of that contractor shall be given adequate instruction in basic occupational health and safety. EHS POLICIES

PROGRAM PROCEDURE Purpose This procedure defines the minimum Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements for all company operations, to protect employees, contractors, visitors, and other affected parties from potential hazards in accordance with DOLE Department Order 252-25. Scope This procedure applies to all company locations, including employees, contractors, visitors, and suppliers engaged in activities within the premises. WORK PERMIT (WP) All non-routine and high-risk activities (e.g confined spaces, hot work, eletrical, work at heights, chemical handling, critical lifting, excavation) SHALL require a signed WP prior to starting. WP shall include scope of work, JHA, control measures, required PPE, emergency procedures and signatures from contractor’s rep & and safety officer, company safety officer, area owner and manufacturing manager. WP attachments shall include necessary training certificates and heavy machinery certification as necesarry. WP shall be posted at the job site until completion. JHA must be cascaded through the tool box meeting conducted before start. Supervisors verify worker understanding of WP before start through tool box talk. Validity of work permit is 7 days. If the project is beyond 7 days, workers can submit a new WP with the same attachment unless new hazards arise.

JOB HAZARD ANALYSIS

PPE REQUIREMENTS Minimum mandatory PPE inside production and work areas: Hard hats, safety shoes, high-visibility vest or uniform, safety glasses and work gloves Activity-based PPE depending on hazards: hearing protection, respiratory protection, flame-resistant clothing, chemical resistant gloves, fall protection. Contractors must provide their own PPE, which meets PNS/ISO standard. PPE compliance must be cheked prior to WP approval and monitored during work.

SAFETY VIOLATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES All safety violations shall be recorded in the Incident/Near Miss log. Classification: Minor: first-time, no injury potential Major: repeat/intentional or with serious injury potential Critical: actual or near serious injury/fatality/catastrophic loss Consequence management (progressive discipline): Verbal warning (minor) Written warning (repeat/minor or major) Suspension or contract termination (critical) Contractor violations may result in immediate removal or contract termination Contractors SO shall be the contact person in coordinating workers' violations.

STOP WORK POLICY Any employee, contractor, or supervisor has the authority and obligation to stop work immediately if a new or unforeseen hazard arises, work conditions change, or an imminent danger is identified. Notify supervisor and Safety Officer immediately. Secure the area and assess with Safety Officer for revised controls. Work shall not resume until controls are in place and validated by Safety Officer and area owner. There shall be no retaliation for good faith stop work actions

EMERGENCY ROUTES Emergency exit routes and assembly point will be coordinated with the team during tool box talks. Exit maps are also posted per area for common reference. When you hear the alarm proceed to the assembly area in an orderly manner. If possible secure your personal belongings prior to evacuation. ERT will be mobilized to assist all employees and contractors during an emergency. DO NOT leave the premises during the assembly to assist the head count. Only comeback to your working area when it is advised to do so.

OTHER REMINDERS “Waste In - Waste Out” No drinking or gambling inside the company premises Working hours of employee shall conform with labor standards to preserve quality of work and well-being of workers Maintain good housekeeping within the work area. Do not block access routes outside your work areaa and provide barricades if necessary CSMP orientation is valid for one year individually unless there is a major change on site.
