5. Black board skill Components of the skill of blackboard writing are: Legibility Size and alignment Highlighting main points Utilization of the space Blackboard summary Correctness Position of the teacher and Contact with the pupils.

6. Probing question It is an act of questioning which deals with investigation or exploring students responds. Components of probing question:- 1. prompting 2. seeking further information technique 3. refocusing technique 4. redirecting technique 5. Increasing Critical Awareness technique

7. Stimulus variation skill In order to draw the attentation of students and to keep them focused on the topic, a teacher introduced certain changes in his behavior's which is called stimulus variation. Components of Stimulus Variation:- 1. Teacher’s movement 2. Gestures 3. Changes in speech pattern 4. Focusing 5. Change in interaction style 6. Pausing 7. Aural-visual Switching 8. Physical involvement of the student

8. Reinforcement skill Re- inforcement means getting the work completed by giving some incentives or rewards to the certain person. Components of Skill:- 1) Positive Verbal Reinforcement. 2) Positive Non-Verbal Reinforcement. 3) Negative Verbal Reinforcement. 4) Negative Non-Verbal Reinforcement. 5) Inappropriate use of Reinforcement

9. Classroom management skill Classroom management skill is such skill of a teacher by which he creates suitable classroom atmosphere for effective teaching-learning process and control students behavior. Components of classroom management skill:- Making learning interesting Motivating pupils for achieving objects Encouraging student teacher interaction Clarifying instruction Controlling indiscipline Reinforcing desired behaviour
