COURSE ORIENTATION Flexible Learning (Online Lecture and Face to Face Laboratory Class): a lternates or rotates face- to- face and synchronous/asynchronous On average, 84.14% of the total contact time will be spent on face-to- face or onsite learning experiences such as attending classes, participating in laboratory work, or other related learning activities in a physical learning facility Orientation 1 st Sem 2023-2024

3. COURSE ORIENTATION GRADING POLICY: The University will continue using the numerical grading system for all students. The University follows the grading system stipulated in the LSPU Student Handbook 2021 Edition. The Learner Assessment (i.e., grading system in each course syllabus) will be used for the computation of classroom standing. Orientation 1 st Sem 2023-2024

HOUSE RULES Follow all the rules written in Student’s Handbook No late submission will be accepted unless a valid reason was provided Absences due to work conflicts are not considered excused No make-up exams will be given, unless a valid reason was provided Plagiarized output is equivalent to 5.0 No special projects/ requirements Orientation 1 st Sem 2023-2024

6. HOUSE RULES Proper laboratory attire should be observed during face to face laboratory activities. No other schedule for midterm exam, final exam and completion/ removal (Follow academic calendar) Maximum of 3 absences, without a valid reason, the student will be asked to drop (if still within the dropping period) or given a grade of 5.0 . The use of cellular phones during physical classes should be LIMITED , unless NECESSARY . Orientation 1 st Sem 2023-2024
