Conclusion
" Since we supposedly are teaching
individuals, not group of individuals, it is the
function

schooling for every learner no matter how
much he differs from every other learner."

Conclusion
Motivation is the most important factors
that lead human beings to reach their goals.
If this driving force would not have existed
then a world full of technology, great
discoveries and the evolution of everything
would not have happened. Motivation is very
much important in order for effective
teaching and learning. Teachers need to be
mindful of their own behavior, teaching
style, design of course, teaching
environment, informal interaction with
students and appearance which can effect
student’s motivation
