Composition of Grievance Committee School Level Principal or Head Teacher President of the Faculty Club A teacher who is acceptable to both the aggrieved party and the object of the grievance to be appointed by the Principal or Head President

Composition of Grievance Committee Sub – Office Level (as SDO) extension only) PSDS / Coordinator of his/her designated representative Principal of the school where the grievance originated President of the District Teachers’ Association or his/her designated representative

8 Appeal to S.O SGC Submits the grievance in writing, within five 5 days to the next higher supervisor

8 SGC also submits Grievance to the higher level if the object of the grievance in school is the school head himself/herself.

8 Appeal to DGC S.O. submits the grievance in writing, within five (5) days to the next higher supervisor / DGC

8 Appeal to DGC DGC conducts investigation/hearing within 10 days

8 Appeal to DGC DGC renders a decision within five (5) working days after the investigation.
