SUMMARY, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

SUMMARY In profile of the respondent in terms of age 20 years old got the highest percentage and the age got the lowest percentage is 21 years old. The sex of the respondents are follows; the female respondent with a highest percentage of 67% followed by the Male with the lowest percentage of 33% in a total of 100%. The religion of the respondents are follows; the Roman Catholic with a highest population of 225 with a percentage of 94% while the second is the lowest population of 15 with a percentage of 9% in a total of 100%. T he extent of Educational Approaches among students in Mati Doctors College in terms Chalk board Approach, PowerPoint Presentation, Demonstration Method, Online Learning Approach with an overall result of 2.954 which can be describe as agree. The Extent of Educational Performance among students in Mati Doctors College in terms of Skills and Attitude can be describe as an agree while Knowledge has 3.384 mean result describe as an strongly agree with overall of mean 2.559 which can be describe as an agree. As perceived by the respondents, a significant relationship does exist in all indicators of Educational Approaches among students of Mati Doctors College. Which includes Chalk board Approach, Power Point Presentation, Demonstration Method, Online Learning Approach and Educational Performance among students of Mati Doctors College which includes Knowledge, Skills and Attitude.

CONCLUSION Findings shows that majority of the respondents are aged 20 years old. Most respondents are Female based on religion Roman Catholic prevailed. The response of the respondents based on the survey questionnaire administered showed that the extent of Educational Approaches of students in Mati Doctors College in terms of Chalkboard Approach, PowerPoint Presentation, Demonstration Method, And Online Learning Approach got the overall mean result of 2.954 therefore, it is rated as Agree.

CONCLUSION The Extent of Educational Performance among students in Mati Doctors College in terms of Skills and Attitude can be describe as an agree while Knowledge has 3.384 mean result describe as an strongly agree with overall of mean 2.559 therefore, it is describe as agree. The overall shows the extent Educational Approaches and Educational Performance in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude with the result of 2.559 shows a significant relationship among college students of Mati Doctors College in all components. The Relationship between Educational Approaches and Educational Performance among students in Mati Doctors College is significant. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected.

RECOMMENDATION The extent of Educational approaches of Mati Doctors College in terms of Chalkboard Approach, PowerPoint Presentation, Demonstration Method, and Online Learning Approaches got an agree result. Therefore, we recommend that all indicators should develop or improve, in order to achieve the highest rate. The extent of Educational Performance of Mati Doctors College in terms of Knowledge, Skills, Attitude got an agree result. Therefore, we recommend that all indicators under those variables should develop or improve, in order to achieve the highest rate. Since there is a high significance towards the Educational Approaches and Educational Performance of students in Mati Doctors College. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected we are recommend to the students, always think positive no matter what is the method or strategies used by the teacher. Give some respect and let your teachers teach you on how to develop your knowledge, skills and attitudes.

EDUCATIONAL APPROACHES ChalkBoard Approach 1 2 3 4 1. When I'm giving a presentation in front of the class, Usually prefer to use the chalkboard over PowerPoint. 2. When my teacher writes on the board with chalk, I can clearly understand. 3. By using a chalkboard, I can enhance my writing skills. 4. By using a chalkboard, I can learn how to write an essay with proper indentation and margins. 5. By writing out key points and drawing helpful illustrations on the chalkboard, I can also take better, more accurate notes.

PowerPoint Presentation 1 2 3 4 1. The teacher/instructor presented will their PPT Presentation in the class and it help student understand fully.         2. When teacher utilizes a chalkboard, students can follow along without any kind of difficulty.         3. PPT Presentation helped students understand the subject matter easier.         4. Using PPT can elevate both teacher and student understanding in every subject area.         5. PPT can enhance our creativity skills in applying technology tools for educational aspect.

The Demonstration Classroom experience provide me with resources that students could use in the future.

In an online learning setting, students can feel comfortable using a computer to write text.         3. Using online learning materials, student can do the activities more effective and easily.         4. Anyone could pass a course on the Internet without any teacher assistance.         5. Online education is more engaging than traditional classroom learning.        

EDUCATIONAL PERFORMANCE Knowledge 1 2 3 4 1. The knowledge of the teacher has a great impact to the learning of the students.         2. Previous experience helps to improve my approach in completing the task.         3. Without teachers’ guidance our knowledge remain the same.         4. Academic performance can increase the prior knowledge of the students.         5. The Lessons will encourage pupils to demonstrate their application of knowledge.

The communication skills of the students has a big impact on how teachers interact with them.         3. With the help of the teacher, the students will enhance their performance skills.         4.
