2. ANALYSIS OF ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE & Recommended Solutions
CONSOLIDATED DATA OF ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF LEARNERS DURING THE SY 2023-2024
CONSOLIDATED MPS FROM Q1-Q4 CONSOLIDATED MPS FROM Q1-Q4 LEARNING AREA CONSOLIDATED MPS Filipino 75.84 English 73.69 Mathematics 72.59 Science 72.85 Araling Panlipunan 74.56 TLE 73.04 MAPEH 73.08 EsP 77.36 Average 74.13
Based on the consolidated data of Periodic Test results gathered, Quarter 1 posted 71.10 average; Q2- 72.20, Q3-75.14 and Q4-77.21. Analyzing results from Q1-Q4, consolidated average was 74.13 which indicated that learners did not master the needed competencies in the grade levels. It was only in Quarters 3 & 4 , where there were minimal increase in averages noted. These results can be interpreted that there is a need to calibrate further teaching abilities of teachers to effect positive academic results among learners, and a need to strengthen learning interventions across subjects, especially in Science, Math and English. It was also alarming to notice that no subject passed in Quarter 1, and only ESP got passing grade in Quarter 2. ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION

COMPREHENSIVE RAPID LITERACY ASSESSMENT (CRLA)
RESULTS OF PROJECT AN- All Numerates
ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION The comparative pre-test and post-test results for “Project All Numerates for the School Year 2023-2024 indicate substantial improvements in students’ numeracy skills across grade levels. The data reveals that number of students categorized as Numerates significantly increased from 49,526 in the pre-test to 116,331 in the post test, demonstrating the project’s effectiveness in enhancing numeracy skills. Conversely, the Nearly Numerates group showed a reduction from 102,594 to 76,485 indicating that many students transitioned from being nearly proficient to fully proficient in numeracy. The Non-numerates group experienced a dramatic decrease from 51,266 to 8,377, reflecting a substantial reduction in the number of students struggling with numeracy. These results suggest that the interventions and strategies implemented through the project were successful in improving numeracy proficiency among students, with notable progress observed across all grade levels.
CONSOLIDATED Phil-IRI Post Test (English) S.Y. 2023-2024
