The use of conjunctions For is used to show reason Sorry I’m late, for I missed my first bus schedule. And is used to add additional information. She didn't speak to anyone and nobody speaks to her. Nor is used to give option on negative statement I don’t like Ice cream nor juice. But is used to connect the opposite information. I’m hungry but the fridge is empty. Or is used to give option on positive statement Do you like milk or tea? Yet is used to show contrast or opposite I bought Iphone 14 pro, yet the price is expensive. 01—F or 02— And 03— Nor 04— But 05— Or 06— Yet 7 — So So is used to show result So, based on the voting Sheila is the best employee of the year. A conjunction is a word which is used to link thoughts and ideas within a phrase and sentence.

Describing someone's appearances 01 To describe someone’s appearance, you will often use  adjectives . An adjective is a kind of word that describes a  noun  (a person, place or thing). Julie: Hey, do you know Mr. Alfin? Elsa: Mr. Alfin? The one with blue eyes, bold eyebrows, and lanky? Julie: No.. no, not that one. I mean Mr. Alfin with round glasses and sharp nose? Elsa: Ohh. He is my leader in Banking team. Why? Julie: Nope, we just met in 5th floor and he was smiling at me. It’s adorable.

Describing someone's mannerisms 2 Someone’s mannerisms are the way they act or speak. Since mannerisms are usually  actions , they are often described by phrases with  verbs  (action words). Many people have mannerisms that appear when they’re feeling something negative (bad) or positive (good) emotions. F or example they might  tap their fingers ,  crack their knuckles ,  bite their fingernails  or  chew the tips of their pencils , twirl their hair around their finger , roll their eyes , tilt their head to the side ,   stick out their tongue , rub the back of their neck ,  sigh a lot  or  clench their hands .

Describing someone's characters 3 A person’s character is their personality, who they are on the inside. When you talk about someone, you might mention what they are like as a person. “I have circle of friends who are  nice  and  kind . They are a pleasure to be with and always seem to be smiling. These people are usually also   friendly  and  generous because they like to help me by giving them gift and surprise . I don’t like people who are   mea n like   unpleasant ,  nasty  or  vicious . Hopefully you don’t know anyone like this! ”

They can be happy one moment, and then hear some bad news and become sad. “He looks mad at me because I am being late ” “They look so happy when I came and gave them a box of Pizza” “ She looks awesome when she is talking about Korean Drama actors” “I don’t know why Maria looks so sad , maybe because her cat died”
