All employees should wear clean cloths .

All working table should made from stainless steel .

Use foot operated and closable dustbins in Bakery.

Freezer should not be cracked and Rusted.

Personal items of workers should not be placed in working area .

Appropriate arrangements should be set for insects (insect killer , Rodent traps).

Set proper area to wash utensils.

Should use traceable Raw material . Instructions for Raw material

Do not use rotten and hatchery eggs .

Should not use colors and flavors which effect health .

Do not put any raw material directly on floor .

Should install Rodent traps and insect killer within the premises.

Must label all raw materials ( mention Mfg. And Exp.)

Should place raw material and product separately.

Use Utensils which made from food grade materials.

Should made sections for the storage of different products. Instructions for storage

Should tag the products before storage in freezer.

Chicken and milk products should place separately.

Must label the final product ( mfg date , expiry date , ingredient and method of preparation).
