Aim and Objective of the Educational Tour
AIM
Management as a profession can’t be taught merely in the four walls of
classrooms. Only theoretical knowledge is not sufficient to build
competitive managers. Practical knowledge of the business environment is
equally important.
The main aim of Study Tour is to aid students to acquire basic knowledge
of functioning of the industry. Study tour emphasizes experiential learning
and offer both group and self directed activities that enable learners to
explore various industries cultures, practices and people.
Significance -
1. Enhance skill development and competency building.
2. Developing ability to critically analyse the situation.
3. Student’s self-development and realizing self-actualization.
4. It provides first-hand knowledge about the organizational structures and
modes of operation in different industries.
Objective -
1. Educational Tours for students provide them with an opportunity to
collaborate with teachers, and integrate new perspectives with
informal environments to enhance learning initiatives.
2. Among the many educational tour benefits, skill development is the
most important.
DAY 1
DATE: 21th March, 2023
We started our journey from kawardha to by bus Raipur Railway Station to at
6:45am
DAY 2
DATE: 22th March, 2023
We reached Raipur then sat in hazrat Nizamuddin train from Raipur and left
for Delhi . We travelled about 24 hours in train.
DAY 3
DATE: 23th March, 2023
We reached Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station Delhi at around 10:00am and
headed to our respective hotels. Then we had our breakfast and rested for a
while. At 12:30 noon we left for Indian council of Agricultural Research
(ICAR) New Delhi. A meeting was held based on our educational tour to
Delhi. There a speech was delivered by Director of National Crop forecast
Centre( NCFC) Education [ Dr.(Prof.) Pradeep sir on topic of tour to Delhi. A
light refreshment, Identity card was given to us.
From ICAR we head back to our hotel at 6:30.
DAY 4
DATE: 24th March, 2023
First sightseeing to National Agricultural Science Complex at
10.00am.
On the fourth day we left for ICAR National Agricultural Science
complex museum at 10:00 am.

Second visit to Qutab minar , New Delhi at 12:10pm
Qutab minar , New Delhi -
it is very good tourism place. It contain many historical building. The qutab minar
is one of the highest minarest in india with hight of 73m.This 12 century minarrt
is considered as the earliest Islamic structure in India with both Arabic and
Brahmi inscriptions. The site also contain iron pillar which constructed by
Chandragupta .
Third visit to India Gate at 4:00 pm
India Gate –
Hey the entire gate is a War Memorial located near the kartavya path on eastern
age of ceremonial excess of New Delhi. Hey is stand as a memory of 84,000 soldiers
of the British India army who died between 1940 and 1921 in the First World War &

Anglo Afghan war.
Fourth sightseeing to Red Fort at 6:00 pm
Red Fort-
Where Fort is one of most popular historical building in India. Eat is used as the
main residence of Mughal Badshah during their rule.
Today this monument is home to several museums that have an assortment of
previous artifacts on display . Every year the indian Prime Minister unfurls the
national flag on the Independence Day .
Then again catch Delhi Junction Netaji Expres at 11pm.
DAY 5
DATE: 25th March, 2023
We reached Chandigarh Junction at 5:30 . took bath, had breakfast and got ready for
sightseeing. We were going for sightseeing by bus with our TEACHERS, dr. Shyam singh
and Mr.Yuvraj sir.
First sightseeing to the Golden Temple at 12:00 noon.
THE GOLDEN TEMPLE –
The Golden Temple Amritsar India (Sri Harimandir Sahib Amritsar) is not only a
central religious place of the Sikhs, but also a symbol of human brotherhood and
equality . The Golden temple is famous for its full golden dome, it is one of the most
sacred pilgrim spots for Sikhs. The Mandir is built on a 67-ft square of marble and is
a two storied structure. Maharaja Ranjit Singh had the upper half of the building
built with approximately 400 kg of gold leaf.
Second sightseeing to Jallianwala Bagh Massacre at 02:00 pm.
Jallianwala Bagh Massacre –
The Jallianwala Bagh massacre, also known as the Amritsar massacre,
took place on 13 April 1919. Estimates of those killed vary from 379 to
1,500 or more people[1] and over 1,200 other people were injured of
whom 192 were seriously injured.
Third sightseeing to WAGAH BORDER at 04:00pm,
WAGAH BORDER
The lowering of the flags ceremony at the Attari–Wagah border is a daily
CAPF practice that the security forces of India and Pakistan have jointly
followed since 1959. The drill is characterized by elaborate and rapid
dance-like manoeuvres and raising legs as high as possible, which have
been described as "colourful.
We left for Shimla from Wagah Border at 6:00 pm.
DAY 6
DATE: 26th March, 2023
Manali near 6:00 AM after the arrival we take a bath in Hotspring and prepared for
visiting the snow field. Because of traffic jam it takes nearly 3 hours to reach the
base of mountain after climbing of 2 kilo metre we reach the snowfield. The
mountain was filled with snow which was very beautiful. After is spending 3 to 4
hours we go back to bus.
MANALI –
DAY 7
DATE: 27th March, 2023
First sightseeing to Shimla at 8:50am.
Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan
foothills. After resting around 4:00 o’clock we visit local market which contain the
local product of Shimla which is Handmade sweater and other speciality. Similar city
is vary clean city. The city contains very lovely peoples which helps us in many ways.
DAY 8
DATE: 28th March, 2023
First sightseeing to Center Potato Research Institute at 10:30am
Center Potato Research Institute (CPRI)-
In Kufri we went to the Center Potato Research Institute. it is a one of you potato research
centre . In this station new variety of potatos are produce and send to other places
for trial. Scientist incharge & principle scientist of Research Center Dr. Ashwini
Kumar Sharma States many facts about the research centre and told us that they
have 1500 potato Germplasm collection.
Second visit to Directorate of Mushroom Research (DMR) ,Solan at 2:30 pm .
Directorate of Mushroom Research (DMR) ,Solan -
The Directorate of Mushroom Research was established under the aegis of Indian
Council of Agricultural Research in the year 1983. It has grown up as a Centre of
excellence for mushroom research and training in the country.
Train allotment took place from Kalka to Agra at 11:00 pm
DAY 9
DATE: 29th March, 2023
First sightseeing to Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation
Research Station, Agra at 10:30am.
Second sightseeing to Taj Mahal Agra at 12:00am
Taj Mahal Agra-
The Taj Mahal is located on the right bank of the Yamuna River in a vast
Mughal garden that encompasses nearly 17 hectares, in the Agra District in
Uttar Pradesh. It was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his
wife Mumtaz Mahal with construction starting in 1632 AD and completed in
1648 AD, with the mosque, the guest house and the main gateway on the
south, the outer courtyard and its cloisters were added subsequently and
completed in 1653 AD.
From Agra Taj Mahal we left for Vrindavan at 3:00.
Third sightseeing to Vrindavan at 6:00 pm.
Pram Mandir Vrindavan -
Prem Mandir (lit. The Temple of Divine Love) is a Hindu temple in Vrindavan,
Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh, India. The temple was established by Jagadguru
Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj (the fifth Original Jagadguru). It is maintained by Jagadguru
Kripalu Parishat, an international non-profit, educational, spiritual, charitable trust.
The complex is on a 55-acre site on the outskirts of Vrindavan. It is dedicated to
Radha Krishna and Sita Ram. Radha Krishna are on the first level and Sita Ram are
on the second level. Different Leelas of Shri Krishna and Rasik saints are depicted all
over the wall of the main temple.
8:30 left for Agra from Vrindavan.
We reached Agra at around 10:00pm and headed to our respective hotels. Then we
had our dinner and rested for a while.
DAY 10
DATE: 30th March, 2023
RETURN JOURNEY: -
Our return journey started at 8:30am from HOTEL . Departed from Agra junction for
Rajnandgaon at 9:30 am.
DAY 11
DATE: 31th March, 2023
We reached Rajnandgaon At 7:25am. Then reach Kawardha by bus from
Rajnandgaon.
WORD OF THANKS

opportunity to go on an Educational Tour . Thank you for
providing us a wonderful guide (Respected Dr. Shyam Singh
