INTRODUCTION Face to face classes is a traditional method of learning that is been used for centuries. It increases motivation, participation, responsibility and individual development but it was halt by the COVID-19 pandemic for two years . New Cornell psychology research finds that face-to-face enhances learning and innovation. DepEd order No. 34, s 2022 states that all public school elementary and high school will resume in August 22,2022.
OBJECTIVES: To determine the effectiveness of the face-to-face classes towards Grade 11 RNHS students amidst of COVID-19 To determine the benefits and disadvantages of face-to-face classes towards students. To know the preferred modality of the students on learning. To test the hypothesis develop by the researchers
REVIEW OF RELATED STUDY AND LITERATURE According to Adnan and Anwar (2020), states that students feel they cannot interact as well with their classmates and teachers in an E learning mode as they feel in face-to-face classes. Face-to-face classes offers real-time and generates creative inquiries. It enables quicker instructor responses and more adaptable (Xu and Jaggar 2016). According to Demuyakor (2020) , states that successful learning require good teacher-student interaction. Cooperative learning refers to framing student’s positive interdependence and promote interaction ( Jolliffe 2015). The Dewy’s Theory of Education concludes that learning is doing rather than learning by passively receiving.

RESULTS
DISCUSSION Significant Findings Face-to-face classes improves students ability to learn Significant Findings Students cannot catch up with the lessons in face-to-face classes and students think that school works is overloaded. Significant Findings Most number of the students prefers learning in school than in home.
CONCLUSION Face-to-face classes is effective way of learning and it positively impact the academic performance and satisfaction of the students. The researchers accepts hypothesis Ho1 hypothesis Ho2.
