1. What have you observed in the image above? 2. What do you think is the scenario? How do you call that conversation? 3. Can you identify the sender of the message? What could his message be? 4. Can you identify the receiver of the message? What could his reply be? 5. What do you think is the relevance of this image to our next topic? THINK QUESTIONS:

Elements of Communication 1. Sender Source of the message/information 2. Message information, ideas, or thoughts conveyed by the speaker in words or in actions.

Elements of Communication 3. Encoding process of converting the message into words, actions, or other forms that the speaker understands. 4 . Channel medium or the means wherein the encoded message is conveyed.

Elements of Communication 5. Decoding process of interpreting the encoded message of the speaker by the receiver. 6. Receiver someone who decodes the message.

Elements of Communication 7. Feedback reactions, responses, or information provided by the receiver. 8 . Context environment where communication takes place.
