               Employers Expectation

Positive Attitude A positive attitude is the mental outlook of optimism and of expecting good things to happen. People who possess this attitude are easier to get along with, are happy, and spread joy around them.

Effective commucication Effective communication is the process of exchanging ideas, thoughts, opinions, knowledge, and data so that the message is received and understood with clarity and purpose. When we communicate effectively, both the sender and receiver feel satisfied.

Work Ethic Strong work ethic is often associated with professionalism. Individuals with this trait conduct themselves in a manner that reflects well on their organization. They maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively, and treat others with respect and courtesy.

Integrity Integrity is the quality of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or earnestness of one's actions

Perfectionalism Perfectionists, like high achievers, set and work hard to achieve lofty goals. While a high achiever can be satisfied with doing a great job and achieving excellence (or something close) even if their goals aren’t completely met, a perfectionist will accept nothing less than perfection. "Almost perfect" is seen as a failure.

Dependability Perfectionism, in psychology, is a broad personality trait characterized by a person's concern with striving for flawlessness and perfection and is accompanied by critical self-evaluations and concerns regarding others' evaluations.

Time Management Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities — especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Time management involves demands relating to work, social life, family, hobbies, personal interests, and commitments.

Loyalty People demonstrate their loyalty to a sports team by cheering for it, win or lose. People demonstrate their loyalty to a political party by voting only for the people of that party. Brand loyalty is the notion (or hope) that once consumers identify strongly with a particular brand or product, like a car or computer, they'll stick with that brand or maker when it comes time to buy new products.

Punctual   Punctual people use the extra five or 10 minutes as a chance to catch up on emails, read over notes, or simply enjoy the solitude. Being punctual often means getting to meeting or an appointment early.

Desire to Grow Sometimes, problems and difficulties are the triggers that awaken the desire to grow and lead to changes in one’s life. At other times, people are inspired to take steps toward personal growth after reading an inspiring book, watching a movie, or reading about people who achieved success.
