Why do you think adverbs are important in a sentence? It is crucial because they offer more specific and detailed information about the action. Guide students to realize that adverbs give more details and make sentences clearer and more meaningful .

Let’s have an activity. Activity: “Complete the Sentence – Adverb Matching Challenge” • The teacher show a sentence with a missing adverb on the screen. • Each group receives an envelope with 10 adverb cards . • When the sentence is revealed, groups choose the best adverb from their envelope. • Groups paste their chosen adverb on the board. • The teacher checks and discusses which adverb fits best. • The game continues for five sentences . • Scoring: • 1 point for each correct answer. • Bonus points for creative or meaningful answers. • The group with the highest score wins !
