What is prudence? Prudence is choosing the right thing to do after consulting and deliberating on what is most appropriate to the condition. It is doing the right thing at the right place, time and manner to the right person with the right intention. For example, when somebody who is upset yells at you in public, would yell him/her back and challenge him/her to a fight? Why?

The great powers of mind: Will and Intellect INTELLECT WILL Intellect is our capacity for understanding and thought. You think to know and understand – and it is the intellect that allow these to happen. When the good is determined by your intellect, it is represented to the will. The will is a natural and innate appetite of goodness. The will commands you to perform an act.

Let’s test your will and intellect

Situational Analysis You parents bought you a cellphone . They told you not to bring it to school because it might get lost. But you were very excited to show it to your classmates. One day, you brought it to school and proudly showed it to them. Soon, your cellphone was gone. You were worried about telling your parents. What will you do?

Reflection time part 2! What value prevails most your intellect or will? Does this happen to you in your lifetime experience? What is the moral lesson in the given situation?
