INTRODUCTION
Exercise can be explained as an ordered and customary activity which is performed
to improve the performance of the athletes. Exercises are being categorized into
various classes depending upon the requirements of the athletes performance. Two
very common type of exercises used by atheletes are core stability and plyometric
exercises which are being utilized in order to improve an athletes performance. (1)
The core has been explained by few researchers as a cylinder with double walls,
front being the abdominals, roof formed by the diaphragm, bottom being formed by
the hip and pelvic floor muscles and back being the gluteals and the paraspinals. (2)
