Materials What are the materials used in processing foods? - Paper cup, plastic cup, plastic spoon, saucers, Is the food in the eatery fresh and good quality? - Yes it is good and newly cooked.

Machines What are the materials used in the kitchen? -Stove, Freezer, Refrigerator Are the kitchen appliances and cooking equipment well maintained? How often? -Yes the machines are well maintained and they clean it everyday. The trash is properly segregated and following the 3R’S.

Money Are the food prices in the eatery reasonable for students? -Yes because it is cheap. For the Menu, Sisig is 60 pesos, Arozcaldo is 50 pesos(with egg & chicken), Chicken nuggets is 70 pesos and Overload meal is 80 pesos. Does the eatery budget friendly meal option? -Yes because the minimum price of a meal is 60 pesos. How much is the salary of the worker? -400 daily.

Measurement Does the canteen regularly evaluate food safety and cleanliness? How? -Yes, they always clean their area and sanitized the tools and equipment everyday. Does the canteen follow government health and sanitation standards? -Yes because before they put up the business, the BIR came to inspect the area and the kitchen area before they gave the permit.
