February 2016 Medical Coding Q&A Webinar

20. Coding of "slight, mild, minor" Cardiology Conditions Question: Many patients come for ECG/EKG phys. Notes says “mild ventricle leakage” but also says Ef at 60%. Ventricle leakage can code to ventricular disease or valve disease. What does mild mean to you when coding? Is the term codeable.
