5. Opportunity & Stakeholders It is difficult for a parent to go to the school of her child every time a teacher call. Loss of information can cause a high risk that is difficult to manage. An institute has a lot of that need to be managed i.e., student personal information, progress report, teacher’s data, and others. A good school management software also bridges communication between the school, students, and parents

6. Stakeholders Administration A person who controls the whole school management system that is associated with the school . Teacher A person who teaches the students. A person who have access to view student marks. A person who communicate with students. Students A person who associated with the school. He can login to the student account anytime he want. He will have access to view profile, marks and attendance.

9. Existing Systems We reviewed existing systems to study what kind of features they offer and how much they are useful for student, teacher and parent. Some of the systems provide essential features but some were not properly addressed.

23. List of Users and Roles Admin Administrators have almost complete control over the system. They can add, update, view or delete student and other system related data. Furthermore, they are responsible to generate events, announcements and manage all the data making this a powerful role. Staff Staff can manage the whole system records only. Staff can promote, generate result manage fees etc. Staff can also manage timetable. Teacher Teacher can manage its own class, mark attendance , manage quiz, manage exams, manage online meetings and view its own timetable.

24. List of Users and Roles Parent Parent can view quiz grades, exams grades, view attendance and time-table of student. Parent can also check the assignment details of their childern . Student This is the main role of our system. Student can view the attendance, quiz, exams, edit profile, solve exams & quiz zes . Student can also send message to teacher and communicate easily with the teacher. Student can check the results of quiz, exams and assignments. Student can also view the time-table of class.
