Stairway to Mechanics: Each group will assign a facilitator to facilitate the activity. The facilitator will distribute the competencies of EPP-FCS to his/her members. Members will unpack the assigned competencies for 30 minutes and will write their output on the meta card. Output will be posted and arranged on the designated wall for presentation. 23
