Fire hazard of Banani Club No existing professional Fire Alarm System No proper fire Escape Stairways Present Fire Extinguishers are only for superficial Fire , We need proper fire protection ,water supply/Hydrant system The greatest fire risk is the existing Haphazardly placed LPG Cylinders in the Kitchens.

Assessing the risks of having too many LPG cylinders , Cylinders on the ground floor . Presently 7 active Cylinders + 2 stock/backup Cylinders The 6th floor has 2 active Cylinders + 1 stock/backup

. .Most of the gas cable( yellow cables) are lying in the ground and getting stomped by workers, posing a gas leak threat. This all can be reduced to a Cylinder Bank in a safe distance away and backup Cylinders. Proper planning and use of ' Regulator ' will reduce wastage. And proper positioning of the Cylinders, with a planned " Reticulation “ will make the whole process , safe and   efficient.
