Sucess Criteria Students can explain the steps required to add or subtract fractions. Students can represent fraction sums and differences using visual models (e.g., fraction bars or circles). Students can solve addition and subtraction problems involving fractions with like and unlike denominators. Students can check their work and explain their reasoning clearly.

4. Warm up Instructions: 1. Choose 1 colour for you and colour as much boxes as you like on provided grid papers . 2. Ending up   creating a fraction Art. 3. In the end   write the fraction of colours they used. Vocabulary Denominator Common denominator Numerator Least common multiple,

5. Peer Assessment: Now work back on your pixel art this time adding all their coloured fraction together and check if your calculation matches with the number of coloured boxes.
