4. FRRO Registration Process for International Students C form registration: This must be completed within 24 hours of arrival in India. S form registration: This must be completed within 14 days of arrival in India. 5. Important Notes If a student leaves the campus for more than 24 hours, their C form must be exited and re-entered upon their return. The responsibility for C form entry lies with both the student and the institution. Students can stay on campus only on a valid student visa. 6. Renewal of Visa/Registration Every international student needs to renew his/her visa and Registration before its expiry. Make sure to begin the renewal procedure at least one month prior . If Any student fail to renew their VISA will get Leave India Notice by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India. 7. Guidelines for Visitor(s) International Students Studying in other Universities in India with a Valid VISA are allowed to meet in Common Area’s of Hostel with prior permission only. 11. Dress Code Casual/Formal Dress inside Campus Boxers/Shorts allowed in Hostel Area only During Lecture Sessions & LAB : Boys Must wear Uniform of Formal Shirt & Pant/Plain Jeans . 12. International Student Hostel Rules (1/3) 1. Fill Personal Data form with parents' contact number (country code required) 2 . Report to International Hostels immediately upon arrival 3 . Hostel Administration provides minimal furniture (wardrobe, chairs, study table, fan, light) 4 . No room change except in special situations 5 . Accommodation is valid as long as students are full-time registered. 13. International Student Hostel Rules (2/3 ) 6. Students removed from University Rolls must vacate the hostel 7. Complete Room Vacating Slip and return furniture/fixtures before vacating 8 .
