GENERAL PROBLEM This study aimed to discover what the most effective approach is and strategy can be used to deal with difficulties experience of Junior High School students in this new normal way of teaching.
SPECIFIC QUESTIONS How student’s performance in ODL and MDL approach? What is the main problem could be face by JHS students in this new normal?
Scope & delimitation Mainly focuses on experience of Junior High school in Modular Distance learning (MDL) and Open and Distance Learning (ODL ) approach. Science class
respondents Random sampling Junior High School students and teachers as a respondents in collecting data of this study, Interview and observation was used to gather data from the population in order to make an inference that can be generalize to the population of the target sample.
Instruments The researchers will self-administer the questionnaires.

ANALYSIS OF DATA Based on the data gathered, Teachers found out that students are really affected in this new normal way of teaching that results in comprehension skills especially to those parents are in elementary level that's really needs teacher supervision and expertise to cope up the lesson. They said that this approach leads students become more focused on working for a living and have much time in leisure that leads students returned the modules without answering because of having no interest in reading their modules.
Students respond 95% of them are experiencing difficulties in new normal types of learning due to haven't understand all topics by their own, they need teachers for guidance of what they need to do. The respondents also having experienced having difficult time to answer their modules because of doing household chores at the same time.
