ILLNESSES
There are lots of ways of
protecting yourself to prevent you
from having diseases. Here are some
of them:
❑Washing your hands after using a
toilet.
❑Use clean tissue paper then throw
them in the trash can immediately
after use.
❑Wash your hands before eating.
❑Cough or sneeze on your elbow or
cover your mouth and nose with
clean tissue paper or
handkerchief when you cough or
sneeze so that germs cannot
spread to your hands.

ILLNESSES
❑Maintain a healthy immune
system.
❑Eat healthy food like seafood,
fruits, and vegetables.
❑Drink plenty of clean water
❑Play and exercise regularly to
strengthen your muscle.
❑Keep the rest of your mind and
body always active.
❑Rest when you are tired and sleep
at least nine hours a day.
