Sub: Contempt of Supreme Court of India for indulging into
criminal activities. Petitioner of Prostitution matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 seeking hang to death
punishment for this act-reg.

Hon’ble Sir,

1. That Petitioner-in-Person in the matter of Prostitution in Writ
Petition (Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No.
66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ
Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme
Court of India is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep Narayan
Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas, Shukkar
Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar, Bihar-
855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar
Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077.

2. That the Prostitutes Rina Kumari, Shriya and others is not
wife, minor daughter and family members of Petitioner till they
are rescued from the clutches of Sex racketeers/human
trafficker State.

3. That sex racketeers/human Traffickers State has groomed
minor Shriya as a sex Bomb. Sex abusers are apprehending to
lose their sex Bomb Shriya therefore violently attacking

petitioner persistently since 2005.

4. That the relationships between Petitioner and his Prostitutes
families are the relationships between Clients and Professional
Social Worker only.

5. That “Supreme Kotha” -Supreme Court of India is the
masters/controllers of all brothels in India, posing eminent
danger to National Security. Custodian of Constitution of India
to be reformed to save India.

6. That the methodology of rescue operation adopted by the
Supreme Court of India and Union of India is absolutely
unprofessional and is against the Rule of Law, against the
human Rights, against the Article 21 of Constitution of India
and against the Principles of Professional Social Work. Rescued
Gang Rape victims are Gang Raped indiscriminately by the
State and others since 06.05.2022 to till date in the name of
rescue operation. Gang raping victims for couple of years
suspending their “Life and Liberty” under Article 21 of the
Constitution of India after her rescue through Writ Petition
(Criminal) 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No. 66686/2022
in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 at Supreme Court of
India commissions cognizable offence against the delinquent
state.

7. That the morale of sex abusers are very high due to criminal
activity of registry of Supreme Court of India by pushing the
matter of persistent Gang Rapes Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary
No. 18546/2022 into the defective list to crush, assess, pacify,
appease, cool down, compromise with cash flow, by hook and
crook, by threat, fear, hoax, distress mind, irritate and instigate

temperament of Petitioner.

8. That as a result of that sex abusers State and others are
mudslinging on petitioner by passing un-parliamentary remarks
at public places- mad, lunatic, mentally ill, alive dead body
walking on the street, masterjee, Samdhi (a relationships
between father of bride and groom called Samdhi), playing sad
and provocative songs in front of petitioner on the street,
abusing with filthy language, provoking him for marriage deal,
money deal, property deal, penetrating into his privacy forcibly,
attacking him through non-verbal communications, inflicting
sarcastic gestures and expressions, communicating through
abnormal body language, blowing sexy whistle in front of
petitioner on the street, reaffirming possessiveness on his
families and properties, showing illegal new born babies, born
out of gang rapes events and in the course of prostitution,
forcibly claiming share of lands from him and attempting to
encroach his lands on the ground of illicit physical sexual
intercourse with his families, wife and minor daughter during
the course of prostitution, claiming share of property from him
for illegal new born babies on the ground of lineage of
petitioner under inheritance law, born out of minor daughter
Shriya in the course of child prostitution, instigating and
aggravating his anger, frustration, causing him mental stress by
way of superstitious abnormal activities like spraying water,
plugging out flowers from his house garden, throwing unruly
ingredients inside his house premises after worshiping,
performing rituals for specific God and Goddess, stone pelting
to shut his mouth down against illicit sex trade, attacking him
through technologies, communicating through illegal Radio
signals, attacking and damaging his mobile phone charger

through technologies, sending animal like cats, she goat, insects
for spying him, communicating by playing selected hindi movie
songs to motivate him for illicit sex trade and prostitution
because it is LOVE, misusing remote controlled she goats for
performing abnormal physical sexual intercourse to educate and
motivate the petitioner to do the same and reaffirming their
adamancy to continue the business of illicit sex trade,
reaffirming, justifying and forcibly claiming belongingness with
the petitioner on the ground of forced sexual abuse of his
families, wife and minor daughter.

9. That sex abusers are burdened with several Myths:-

a) Myths-According to sex abusers, Provocative gestures
and behaviors of Minor Girls are compelling their basic
instincts to establish physical sexual intercourse with
them. Hence, females are responsible for it.

b) Truth-Wrong upbringing and grooming process,
abnormal erotic behavior, luxurious life style, easily
accessible pornography, videos through multimedia smart
phones, availability of distorted false information, Lust to
consume the body of minor virgin girl, male sovereignty
are the basic cause of Gang Rapes. Hence male is
responsible for it.

c) Myths- According to sex abusers, Gang Rapes and illicit
physical sexual intercourse is expression of ‘LOVE’.

d) Truth- Gang Rapes and illicit physical sexual intercourse
is expression of ‘LUST’ and sexual gratification of
uncontrolled basic instincts.

e) Solutions- Abstain from sex and adopt masturbation
practice till the time of marriage and control over your
sexual organs for other females.

f) Myth- Sex abusers are under impression that petitioner is
struggling to achieve his ‘LOVE’.

g) Truth- Petitioner is doing only Professional Social Work
to intervene the target group of prostitution, struggling to
rescue and rehabilitate them.

10. That history of petitioner’s families reaffirms the
atrocities of Rajput caste against them :

i) 1978- Atrocities inflicted by Sex abuser Ram Singh and Ram
Jatan Singh S/O Hirdi Singh R/O Paharpur, Munger and
Sonaili, Katihar Bihar

ii) 1980 – Sex abuser Ganga Singh R/O Pahlagarh Sonaili,
Katihar Bihar.

iii) 1985- Sex abuser Parmanad Singh R/O Madrauni, Kataria
Katihar and Purnea, Kapil dev singh R/O Madrauni,
Kataria Katihar, Ramadhar Singh, Shyamadhar Singh,
Kesho Singh, Paras Singh, Lalit Singh, Surender Singh,
Ravinder Singh, Ram Chander Singh, Advocate Virender
Singh, Mahesh Singh, M.P.Singh, Harihar Singh,
Ramnath Singh, Jatah Shankar Singh, Manoj Singh,
Himraj Singh, Jitender Singh, Vairo Singh, Ganesh
Singh, Laxmikant Singh R/O Sonaili, P.S. Kadwa,
Katihar and Vimlendu Sekhar Singh R/O Naurasia,
Manihari, Katihar Bihar.

iv) 1987- sex abusers Son and grandson of sex abusers
mentioned under para 9(iii). Sex abuser Manish Singh,
Dilip Raj Singh R/O Sonaili, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar.

v) 1989- sex abusers Son and grandson of sex abusers
mentioned under para 9(iii). Sex abuser Bhola Singh,
Prem Singh, Chintu Singh, Pawan Singh, D.K. Singh,
Advocate Virender Singh, Avinash Singh, J.P.Singh,
Askandh Singh, Nawal Singh, Bauwa Singh R/O Sonaili,
P.S. Kadwa, Katihar.

vi) 2004- sex abusers Pawan Singh, Nanhki Singh, Brajesh
Singh, Uday Singh, Ajeet Singh, Arun Singh, Chintu
Singh, Bhola Singh, Dilip Singh, Dilip Raj Singh, son of
M.P. Singh, Nawal Singh, Bimlesh Singh, Ravinder
singh, Manoj Singh R/O Sonaili, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar.

vii) 2005- sex abuser Ajeet Singh at the brothel of Varanasi
Uttar Pradesh and Ram Klyan Singh and Advocate
Virender Singh at the brothel of Gulabbagh Purnea.

viii) 2008- Sex abusers film star Sushant Singh Rajput,
Brajesh Singh, Arun Singh, Uday Singh, Pawan Singh,
Prem Singh in the brothel of Mumbai.

ix) 2011- sex abusers Rajput Advocate of Purnea filed
Vakalatnama on behalf of petitioner’s respondent wife
Rina Kumari on 09.02.2011 in HMA-700/2010 Case at
Family Court Dwarka Court at New Delhi and did not file
any Written Statement (WS) to sustain illicit sex trade in
the brothel of Gulabbagh Purnea district of Bihar

x) 2016- Sex abusers Advocate A.N.Singh notary at Supreme

Court of India and at the brothel of G.B.Road, New
Delhi.

xi) 2021- Gang Rapes and forced prostitution victims are being
identified from Shastri Park North East Delhi run by the
Rajput caste of Sitamadhi, Bihar and placed it before
Supreme Court of India through Writ Petition (Criminal)
242/2021. Ironically, petition on child prostitution being
dismissed to sustain illicit sex trade.

xii) 2022- Sex abusers Dr. Jitender Singh, Raj Nath Singh
Union Ministers, Yogi Adityanath Singh CM of UP,
Advocate A.N.Singh of Supreme Court of India
suspending “Life and Liberty” by delaying persistent
Gang Rapes and illicit sex trade matter Writ Petition
(Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 at Supreme Court of
India to sustain the business of flesh trade and illicit sex
trade.

11. That history is evident of this fact that Character like
Phoolan Devi is the product of atrocities inflicted by
Rajput caste. If this caste is left unbridled then India will
perish and will engage into Civil War. The Character of
Phoolan Devi will keep on taking rebirth from time to
time to counter the attack of Rajput Caste.

12. That sex abusers are ventilating their anger through
persistent Gang Rapes and illicit sex trade against minor
Shriya considering her as the main accused in Film Star
Sushant Singh Rajput murder case.

13. That history is also evident of this fact that Prithivi Raj

Chauhan invaded Delhi to snatch kidnapped Sangita in
the garb of ‘LOVE’

14. That the final findings of 18 years Study on the
Prostitution case has been informed officially to all the
nodal police officers of Delhi and Bihar through mobile
SMS services on 26.7.2022, 27.07.2022 and 28.07.2022.

15. That as usual, Petitioner found broken lock at the main
Gate of his house at Asha Deep Niwas, Sonaili Village,
P.S. Kadwa, Katihar Bihar dated 25.07.2022. This act is
repeated by sex abusers Bhola Singh S/O Advocate
Virender Singh, R/O Goshala Road Sonaili, Katihar in
the absence of Petitioner to Gang Rape his families inside
his house premises. In response to this event, Petitioner
called SHO Kadwa dated 25.07.2022. SHO assured for
PCR reach but no PCR reached. SP Katihar, SDPO
Barsoi and DGP Bihar did not respond. Thereafter
Petitioner called control room of Commissioner of Police
Delhi and informed the same. Petitioner informed the
police through SMS at around 19:52:50PM dated
25.07.2022, “Sex abusers Bhola Singh S/O Advocate
Virender Singh, Goshala Road, Sonaili, P.S. Kadwa,
Katihar, Bihar has broken the lock of my house at Sonaili
on 25.07.2022 forth times. Gang Raping and doing illicit
sex trade of my wife and minor daughter inside his
‘Kabara’ shop at sonaili. Matter is linked with film star
Sushant Singh Rajput case. Arrest bastard”.

16. That petitioner again informed Police through SMS at
around 01:20AM midnight dated 26.07.2022, “Gang
Rapes continuing after receiving information by SHO

Kadwa. Arrest bastard, rescue victims and hand over
victims to me immediately. Gang Rape and illicit sex
trade of my families and minor daughter Shriya renamed
by human traffickers continued day and night by causing
persistent rain, disconnecting electricity of village, vulgar
DJ dance by the State and others at Sonaili, village,
P.S.Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar”.

17. That petitioner again informed Police through SMS at
around 06:33:42 AM morning dated 26.07.2022, “minor
daughter Shriya and Rina Kumari is victim of Rajput
caste. Rajput is cancer of society. Remove this cancer to
make healthy society. Sonaili village is victim of Rajput
cancer from the ages. Free Sonaili from Rajput cancer”.

18. That petitioner updated the police with final findings of
18 years long study on Prostitution through mobile SMS
services at around 10:26:57 am dated 26.07.2022, “after
collecting Primary data across the country since 18
years, final findings of 18 years long Study on
Prostitution of my families including my wife Rina
Kumari and minor daughter Shriya is concluded. Court
records and Primary data establishes Rajput caste as
main culprit and root cause of this disaster. My family is
victim of this caste since the ages. This Rajput caste made
my family ‘Ganga’ involving all States and Countries.
She has been made as Pamela Bordes of 1980s by the
State. This caste is cancer of society. Remove this caste to
make healthy society. I will end my life by doing
contempt of Supreme Court of India in the open court
securing hang to death punishment for myself”.

19. That again petitioner alarmed police by informing hem
through SMS at around 5:00pm evening dated
26.07.2022, “After submitting final report to the Bihar
Police as well as Delhi Police officially, Gang Rapes and
illicit sex trade by the State and others continued along
with vulgar DJ dance against the victims to provoke me.
Railway staff and local sex abusers Rajput of Goshala
road sonaili specifically Bhola Singh gang raped the
victim and transacted illicit sex trade, DJ dance
performance by victim minor daughter Shriya at Sonaili
village, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar”.

20. That sex abusers Nisha Singh, MLA of Pranpur Katihar
has been identified as one of the accused in this case.
Minor daughter renamed by different names by the
human traffickers, one of them identified as Rea Singh at
Sonipath sports game dated 26.07.2022.

21. That victim were brought to Goddess Durga Temple in
front of petitioner’s house at Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili
Village at around 8:50pm night dated 26.07.2022 to
perform DJ dance for the public to instigate the
temperament of petitioner.

22. That petitioner alarmed the police through SMS at around
12:51:12 PM dated 27.07.2022, “Stop the unwanted
upsurge of Civil War and bloodshed for getting freedom
from the Slavery of crook Rajput caste”.

23. That Gang Rapes and illicit sex trade of victims
continued by the State and others coupled with vulgar DJ
dance by victim minor Shriya inside the house of Dhruv

Razak, railway employee adjacent to the petitioner’s
house.

24. That Registry of Supreme Court of India is
commissioning cognizable offence against the petitioner
by way of delaying Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No.
18546/2022 unnecessarily and Gang Raping, sustaining
illicit sex trade of his families, wife and minor daughter,
assaulting, breaking down him and the victims
persistently.

25. That petitioner has filed a police complaint for
registration of an F.I.R against the registry of supreme
court of India and Notary Advocate A.N.Singh at Tilak
Marg Police Station New Delhi vide D.D.NO.40 dated
18.06.2022.

26. Hence, petitioner requesting for engaging/handing over
the case to NIA for impartial investigation into this
matter of persistent Gang Rapes and persistent attack on
her husband/father petitioner in a protest against illicit
sex trade, social anarchy, total social chaos,
hijacking/invading all constitutional Indian institutions
through illicit sex racket, endangering National Security,
deliberate creation of social disequilibrium in caste
systems, deliberate forceful attempt of religious
conversion, unification of India on the ground of sex,
election vote bank of political parties on the ground of
sex, victimization of vulnerable section of the society for
their own political mileage. Petitioner is seeking urgent
action to STOP persistent Gang Rapes, illicit sex trade,
child sexual abuse and human trafficking of victim

families by the nexus of state, NGO, gangsters, Indian
defense Organizations and General Public and hand over
the victims to the petitioner immediately as she is not safe
anywhere except with petitioner. Direct NIA or
appropriate agency to investigate and register an F.I.R
against the accused under relevant section of IPC.
