2. What is this GenAI Study Jams about? Learn the fundamentals of Google Cloud Get access to exclusive courses on Google Skill Boost Platform ( with limited credits ) Upskill your community with booming technologies like Cloud Computing and Generative AI Expand your learnings and be industry-ready!

3. How will we proceed? We’ll be dividing this campaign into 2 cohorts . You are advised to take into consideration your academic schedule and apply for the one Cohort which suits the best. 6. What is expected from the GDG on Campus Organiser? Fill the GenAI Study Jam interest form. STEP 1 Deadline is Oct 6th, 10:00 PM IST Form is to be filled once by Organisers only

7. What is expected from the GDG on Campus Organiser? STEP 2 Work with the core team to gather registrations Deadline for Cohort 1 : 25th Sep, 2024, 11:59 PM IST

8. How would the Registration Process look like? The GDG on Campus Organiser will be provided the registration form The GDG on Campus Organiser will spearhead registrations, with a capacity of first 120 (correct entries) , allocated per campus All the interested participants are required to create a NEW Google Cloud Skill Boost Account Note: The account has to be created after the registration window opens ie. from Sept 18th, 2024 . Any old account created before Sep 18th, 2024 will not be accepted .

9. What does an ideal registration look like? A NEW Google Cloud Skill Boost Account created after 18th Sept 24 with no Labs completion. Has the correct email address (no typos) linked to the Google Cloud Skill Boost Account . Provides the exact public profile URL in the registration form Has selected the correct chapter name mapping to the EXACT GDG on Campus Organizer Registered referral code should match with the organizers referral code, every organizer will receive their own unique referral code

How the overall flow looks like for organisers Selection of Cohort from Interest form Receive Participants Registration Form * (duplicate and circulate the form) Gather registrations from your campus * (ensuring correct email and skill boost profile link ) Organizer fills final registration form on behalf of participants * (ensuring correct referral code) Organizers will attend the Training Sessions All participants learn by doing Self Studies Organisers can host workshops Achieve Milestones Final Recognition

Some important things to remember You need to create a NEW account on the Google Cloud Skill Boost Platform You need to collect 15 Skill Badges on Google Cloud Skill Boost Platform You will be provided with Limited Credits on your Google Cloud Skill Boost profile Your credits will not be restored or refilled if you run out of credits You can only complete 10 labs per day, so plan your progress accordingly Students who will try to use scripts or bots to complete labs, their account will be banned from the GCSB platform and they will disqualified from the campaign and its benefits

Milestones and Rewards Tier 1 Rewards Enables 80 students to complete the All the courses listed in the campaign Creates and report 1 event on GDG On Campus Events Platform with event name as “Build with AI” Receives : 1 surprise kit for appreciation of your campaign contributions. 80 appreciation kits sent to Organiser for participant appreciation. Tier 2 Rewards Enables 60 students to complete the All the courses listed in the campaign Creates and report 1 event on GDG On Campus Events Platform with event name as “Build with AI” Receives : 1 surprise kit for appreciation of your campaign contributions. 60 appreciation kits sent to Organiser for participant appreciation.

14. Key Points to Remember We will accommodate only 100 registrations from each campus. DO NOT share the registration link on Public forums (Eg : social media) Ensure that interested students must provide the correct email address, in the form. Ensure interested students select the right campus name in the form to reflect rightly under the registered campus.
