Definition of Gifted Children Any child who is naturally endowed with a high degree of general mental ability or extraordinary ability in a specific sphere of activity or knowledge, is called Gifted child. Children who give evidence of high performance capability in areas such as intellectual, creative, artistic, leadership capacity, or specific academic fields, and who require services or activities not ordinarily provided by the school in order to fully develop such capabilities. Abdul Roff : Often high Intellectuals are consider talented, so ‘Talented Child’ is used as mean of earning high intellectual talent. Truman and Odin : Social adjustment, body texture, personality symptoms, educational and intellectual achievement of Gifted children are better than ordinary children .

Characteristics of Gifted Children They are genius by birth. They have high IQ and intense mental process. They are more adjusted than ordinary children. Self motivated and imaginative. Self-disciplined, independent, often anti-authoritarian. Innate talented and always oriented towards success. Disciplined, tolerant, patient and healthy. Human qualities such as kindness, charity, generosity and honesty. Social adjustment, body texture, personality symptoms, educational and intellectual achievement are better than ordinary children.

Identification of Gifted Children Gifted children are important for our society and country, so we should identify them at the initial year of their birth. There are some method to identify them are as following: Interview Intelligent Test Cumulative Record Sheet Achievement Test Aptitude Test Parents and Friends opinion Tolerant Test

Problem facing a Gifted Child Gifted children are often misdiagnosed, bullied or disaffected. Boredom may set in if teachers do not understand how a gifted child thinks and works. This may lead to the child resorting to bad behavior with ensuing punishment. Peer group mixing can be very difficult as the child thinks differently. Success does not equal popularity. Gifted children often get a poor deal because we live in a culture that finds celebrating success very difficult. They have an intellect that is more developmentally advanced than their social and emotional needs. Fast workers are often told to ‘do more of the same', but repetition of the same concepts is anathema to a brain that picks up ideas quickly.

Definition of Disadvantaged Children The disadvantaged is a generic term for individuals or groups of people who: Face special problems such as physical or mental disability. Lack money or economic support. Are politically deemed to be without sufficient power or other means  of influence. According to "Jarolimek and Walsh" Disadvantage child is one who is handicapped in the task growing up to lead and component and satisfy life. According to "Garden" Depression is the lack of stimulation of childhood.

1. Socially Deprived Children Socially Deprived Children are : Poor Illiterate Bad Condition of Family Socially Low based on Caste and Religious Lack of Facilities Impaired Environment of Family Side Effect of Neighbor and Peers Sensibly Unstable

2. Economically Deprived Children Economically Deprived Children are: Poverty and economically inequality Economically Low Lack of meals and accommodation Unable to go to School and pay fees High desire in the absence of money

3. Educationally Deprived Children Educationally Deprived Children are: Low Educational Achievement Introvert and Emotionally Unstable Self Love and strong sense of Show Off Unable to Solve Problems Suffering from the Feeling of Insecurity Not Adjustable in school Lack of Books and School Material Unable to learn due to lack of Memory and Interest Fall in bad habits after the Facilities

4. Physically Disable Children Physically handicapped children, physically defects due to congenital or accident. Due to physical defects these children have to face adjusting problem.
