Graphic organizers are ways to easily understand a reading selection better as it simplifies or organized your thoughts and ideas in an appropriate and right way. It is a strategy that uses graphs or shapes to help us learn easily the text we read.

ACTIVITY 1 Read the poem and let us meet the children from around the world.

Why is this important? Well, sometimes we come across words that not even context clues can help us define. So, understanding the root of as many words as possible will help us decipher complex words that are unfamiliar to us.
