General meaning of the surah The love of this worldly life and its pleasure- like wealth and children- has kept you away, you people, from obedience to Allah. On the Day of Judgment every human will see the reward of his acts and will be asked about all the favors that Allah gave him in this worldly life.
Answer the following: What keeps people busy in this worldly life? What are people distracted from in this world? What do people boast about? What must people do to be grateful to Allah for his favors?
