4. Where: Daet Camarines Norte What: Monument of Rizal Was built through the financial contributions of the townsfolk Completed on December 30, 1898 First and oldest monument erected in honor of Rizal in the country

6. When: 30 th of November every year Origin: Issuance of Act No. 2946 by the Philippine Legislature of February 16, 1921 Why: To honor the founder of the Kataas-taasan , Kagalang-galang na Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan (KKK ANB) which launched the Philippine Revolution of the 1896

8. When: Every August 21 Origin: The fourth day was created by President Gloria Macapagal -Arroyo on December 25, 2004, when she signed into law the Republic Act No. 9256. Why: which created Ninoy Aquino Day Anniversary of the assassination of then Senator Benigno “ Ninoy ” Aquino Jr.

10. When: Every last Sunday of August Origin: The celebration of this hoiday became possible in accordance to Republic Act No. 3827 passed by the Philippine lrgislature on October 28, 1931. Why: To honor all the heroes of the Plippines including those who are unknown.
