This study is delimited to the people of the 5 th District. The respondents will be selected from different tourist destinations to prevent bias and get objective results.

Conceptual Framework Adopting the framework on touristd satisfaction by Norzalita Abd Aziz ( Norzalita , 2011). It is particularly important to recognize that the context within which people collaborate is comprised of both the information of users and tasks being carried on. Meaning to say, the system should have some problem awareness mechanisms that provide the tacit knowledge they need to perform, in order to make the knowledge transparent to people involved and to have a better approach how to determine the acceptance and satisfaction of the prospect clients particularly in Tourism industry. This part presents the conceptual framework of the study. The data showed the conceptual illustration of the study indicating the dependent and independent variables.

FIGURE 2. The input consists of the personal profile of the respondents who will be involved in determine the Tourism sites in the 5th district of Isabela and find out the level of acceptability of the formulated tourism advertisement in the selected tourism sites of district 5 in the province of Isabela. The process will gather the data through conducting a survey using a questionnaire. The outcome will determine the level of advertisement mechanism being applied in the promotion of tourism, the level of acceptability of the advertisement as perceived by the respondents and the key factors in the tourism advertisement that needs to be improved.

Research Instruments The researchers used questionnaire checklist to meet the desired objectives of the study. The questionnaires require inquiry about determining the Tourism sites in the 5th district of Isabela and find out the level of acceptability of the formulated tourism advertisement in the selected tourism sites of district 5 in the province of Isabela. The questionnaire checklist is clear, concise, and uses words which are easy to understand. The advantage of using questionnaires is that it is easy to construct and distribute, the responses are easy to tabulate and most especially they were given a free will with their responses and it was kept confidential.

Instruments used in gathering data   The Data gathering Instrument consisting of three parts; Part 1 is the Demographic profile of the respondents which are relevant data in the study which includes the gender, age, address, educational attainment, civil status, and no. of times visited as tourist. Part 2 is the Advertisement mechanisms of the Local Government in the promotion of tourism industries. Part 3 is the Perception on the Level of acceptability of tourists on the advertisement mechanism being applied.

The researchers also used observation for deeper understanding of the study and for more precise results of this research. By means of observing, the researchers were able to come up with conclusions that greatly helped in constructing contents of this study. Furthermore, the researchers used additional information from reliable sources to supplement and to validate the data that was gathered during the time of survey.

Sampling Distributions and Procedures The researchers utilized the random sampling; each item or element of the respondents has an equal chance of being chosen at each draw. Specifically, the researchers used the random sampling. The distribution will be a summary of the frequency of individual values or ranges of values for a variable. The simplest distribution listed every value of a variable and the number of persons who had each value.

Data Analysis Techniques   Data gathered from the respondents were treated through the use of mean and standard frequency distribution as to determining on how often the respondents see the item as a problem, and used in finding out whether the respondents see potential tourisms in the identified areas for development.

Statistical Treatment Used The data gathered were analyzed, tallied, calculated, and interpreted. To be able to formulate the interpretation, the researchers have used these statistical formulas: 1. P =f/N X 100 Wherein: P = total percentage F = frequency (number of respondents) N = number of total respondents

The researchers will be using a graph to present the data. The commonality of answers will represent the frequency which will be divided to the total number of respondents and the quotient to be multiplied to 100 to get the overall percentage, which will then be interpreted.

2. ¯x= (∑▒ wx )/(∑▒w) wherein: ¯x = weighted mean X = represents the value of each item W = weight of each item Here, the researchers will be using a table to present the research. The commonality of answers will represent the summation of the product of the weight of each item to be multiplied to the value of each item which will be divided to the summation of the weight of each item to get the weighted mean, which will then be interpreted.

3. Likert scale is used to interpret the weighted mean in terms of acceptability. 5 Strongly Agree 4 Agree 3 Moderately Agree 2 Disagree 1 Strongly Disagree
