Process Name : HDFC Form Filling Process - Offline Process
Work : You Will be provided Hard Copy and you have to Fill up Data in Excel & Upload Secure
Server Daily basis.
No. Of forms : 2,000 form per day. ( min. )
Rate per form : Rs.6 per form
Fields : 14 fields.
Billing Cycle: Monthly.
Minimum No. of Seats : 10
Upfront : Rs. 1.20 Lac.
Royalty : 10% ( 3 Month )
Sign-Up will be done on the Bank's Letterhead and your Profile approval too will be send to you
on the Bank's Letterhead.
Contract Period : 11 Month.
1) Center sends LOI, signs MOU.
2) Center submits following legal papers & certifications :
Bank Statements for last 6 months + IT Returns of 1 years)
3) Company Profile with Pictures of Existing Infra.
4) Pan card Snapshot Required.
5) Center has to pay Rs 1 lac business procurement fee & Rs.20,000 Consultancy Charge.

6) Center has to ensure that all that is mentioned in the company profile and other legal papers &
certification is true and correct.
7) Center has to send LOI & sign MOU.
