Active Recreational Activities at Home

Hiking is going on an extended walk for the purpose of pleasure and exercise. WALK HIKING PLEASURE EXERCISE

Pleasure includes having close encounter with nature, enjoying the beauty of the environment, smelling the natural aroma of flowers and trees, and being one with Mother Nature. Exercise on the other hand pertains to the fitness benefits that we get from the activity.

This refers to the detrimental cause of excessive training. OVEREXERTION OR OVERTRAINING

This is an alarming rise in body temperature which is an effect of exercising in a very humid environment. HYPERTHERMIA

EXCESSIVELY LOW BODY TEMPERATURE, CHARACTERIZED BY UNCONTROLLABLE SHIVERING, LOSS OF COORDINATION AND MENTAL CONFUSION. HYPOTHERMIA

With mountaineering, we will know that we are just like an ant crawling slowly in the forest. We are just ordinary people when in the outdoors, sleeping on the ground, drinking contaminated water, sheltered from the cold, weak in the fog or not move if you get lost and run of out stock.
