What do animals eat?

Living things eat different things. Some eat plants only, some eat meat and some, eat BOTH.

Animals that eat plants only are called Herbivores.

S uch as the deer, rabbits, elephants, turtles, monkeys and giraffes.

Animals that eat meat only are called Carnivores.

Such as the lions, crocodiles, snakes and eagles.

Animals that eat plants and meat are called Omnivores.

Such as bears, raccoons, pigs, and humans.
