CONCLUSION A 5.2 x 5 x 4.2 (ML x AP x SL) cm sized well-defined lobulated intensely and heterogeneously enhancing, iso to hypodense lesion with intra and extracranial components and few-non enhancing areas within (s/o areas of necrosis) in left basi -frontal region causing erosion and destruction of cribriform plate extending into widened left ethmoidal sinus with its mass effects as described above. F/s/o neoplastic etiology like Esthesioneuroblastoma Vs.aggressive meningioma.   Soft tissue opacification of left frontal sinus suggestive of left frontal sinusitis
