Impact on the viewer This magnificent film gives us a glimpse of the Holocaust .It features some very difficult themes including war fare and the loss of a parent . There are clear references to the humorous efforts of the father trying to shelter his son . Agreeing to the fact that a concentration camp was no amusement park and the fact that a father decides to protect his child innocent from The horrors of a camp by pretending it’s all one big game from playing hide and seek to making fun of whatever rumours the son heard about what happens in the camp , showing glimpses of the constant torture faced by the Italian Jews which is truly sad in its self . A film that makes you laugh and then makes you cry and that wraps every emotion in one beautiful story ! On my personal view I think that this is a great movie I could go on and on about how great it is people are saying that it makes a joke out of what happened during the Holocaust but it’s just a message that says how Far you would go to protect your child Or not to put them in trouble. This is because kids need to understand what happened in World War II . Rather than just seeing the terrible things that happened there . . . Yet a person should be mature enough to watch this movie and learn the morals in it .
Impact on the viewer All's Well That Ends Well” ‘Life is Beautiful’ is one of those movies that has a lasting influence on a person. After watching it, I felt that it has less to do with the holocaust and more to do with the great tenderness of human relationship shared between a father and son; and that life goes on. In this day and age, children refuse to comply with their parents, however, in this movie Guidos’ one command and Giosuè abided by it. The learning from this movie for me was the solution to a problem can always be derived when we carefully observe and hear. To love or have loved, was enough. Nothing had to be asked any further. There was no other pearl to have been found in the dark folds of life for Dora and she threw caution to wind to be with the people she loved the most. As they say, “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder” I felt the story was like the fulfilled process of metamorphosis. Guidos’ sacrifice put forth a new life and an end for the unnecessary sufferings for both Giosuè and Dora, which makes me want to believe that they lived a life that Guido wanted for them and happily ever after.
Takeaway message Whatever things or situations you come across , there may be 10 negative things but even that 1 positive thing, even that one reason that makes you happy should be chosen. Don't let your loved ones go through the pain. The way u react to situations ; in a positive way although you are not in control of the things that are happening makes a huge difference. Look at the brighter side in every situation. Create situations wherein others can be happy Never give up. Never lose hope till the last moment. Enjoy ur life
Takeaway message The protagonists of Life is Beautiful are undeniably brave to have been through the horrors of the Holocaust. Dora, despite knowing that her path can only end in death, still volunteers to go to the camp in order to be close to Guido, his uncle Eliseo, and Giosuè. This is not foolish, this is sacrificing everything for the chance to be with your family. There is nothing more noble. Guido, even when walking to his death, winks at his son and keeps up the pretense of the game. Lying to his son and keeping up the lie for so long in order to protect him and keep him alive is an immense demonstration of willpower. Even Guido Giosuè himself perseveres within the facade of his father's game. Thus, one of the key takeaways of the film is that, even in spite of death, in fact even because of it, it is worth doing all you can to overcome the obstacles in your path.
