Speak Up For Yourself Be Assertive: Speak clearly and calmly. Use "I" Statements: Focus on your feelings. Eye Contact: Show confidence and stern attitude. Stay Calm: Keep emotions in check to ensure your message is clear.
Other Tactics Laugh it off : Don’t show you are being affected, the bully wants that. Stick close to your friends: A bully finds it harder to bully you when you are in a group. Report to a trusted adult: A teacher or us, student council members can help you tackle the situation.
