HUMAN RESOURCE Human Resource is not an old and complex concept. HR as “ human factor” which is a “whole consisting of inter-related, inter-dependent and interacting physiological, psychological, sociological, and ethical component ”. HR are the most important and valuable resource for every organization . HR is the competent and motivated workforce that makes things happen and helps the organization to achieve its goals. In fact, effective employees contribute to the effectiveness of the organization. Organizations , therefore, need to contribute to the dynamism, competency, motivation, efficiency and effectiveness of the employees continuously.

Designing and implementing management and organizational development programmes. Designing systems for appraising the performance of individuals. Assisting employees in developing career plans. VISION A vision is a future-oriented and inspiring description of what an organization aims to achieve in the long term. It is a clear and ambitious picture of the desired state or outcome that the organization wants to achieve in the future. The vision serves as a beacon that guides decisions, strategies, and actions within the organization.

OBJECTIVES How do businesses motivate employees and cultivate their work culture? How can businesses ensure that all employees are coordinated? The answer to these questions revolves around setting human resource objectives. Setting human resource objectives is essential for businesses as they help them increase their overall performance . Objectives of HR acquisition are planning, recruiting, selecting the most efficient individuals, orientation, and placement.

PURPOSE HR reflects the fundamental reason for the organization’s existence, which goes beyond mere financial gain. HR is a driving force that motivates employees and serves to bring a deeper meaning to their work.
