2. 1. The program chair has not yet finished her master’s degree. A recommendation letter to assign Doc Luz as the Program Chair and OJT adviser for the current semester was prepared and submitted to HR and DI to fulfill the deficiencies and gaps of the PACUCOA Requirements and IBM, respectively. 

3. 2. The information on the bachelor’s and master’s degree of the dean was not indicated in the institutional profile. IBM will resubmit a revised and updated institutional profile indicating the complete line up and faculty profile for both IBM and GenEd to PACUCOA.

4. 3. Data on percentage of faculty members teaching general education and professional subjects and cognates was not indicated in the institutional profile. An updated percentage of faculty members teaching both GE and professional subjects and cognates will be computed and uploaded in the PACUCOA Essi portal.
