A fine arts education — including music, theater, drawing, painting, or sculpture — whether in practice or theory, has been a part of any well-rounded curriculum for decades — but that may be changing. Many schools today are cutting back or eliminating their art programs due to budget constraints. Where have the arts in education gone? There’s no doubt that the arts are fun for kids. Diving into those finger paints and making a beautiful picture to hang on the fridge is awesome. Acting in a play is exhilarating. But the arts also help kids develop on many fundamental levels.

6. Art education is a education process which aims to reaching a asthetic level of man's skills and power of creativity, In order to man's explaining emotions , thoughts and connotation. The perspective to art education, - just like the many countries in the world- if it is not in a fine art high School, art education is regarded as a 3rd grade lesson. Students think that the art education doesnt give them any advantages in their daily life. Administrators think that the art education lessons as a unnecessary , also they promoting to processing of cultural lessons such as mathematics,literature instead of art education. Other branch teachers regard to art education teachers as untrained. And parents, regard to art education lessons as a unnecessary expense.

7. Art education, persons feeling, thinking and impression to telling skills and creative power aesthetic to making up that education. In highschool art education aim isn't grow an artist, its aim is make people to love art. People who interested in art think about mental faculty and thats period, sense, sensation, perceive, imagine, association think like that power to educate making real with art education. Highschool art programme 2009 become new and teacher use that programme. This programme "Visual Art Culture","Visual Arts Shape","Historical Place and Museum Conscious" to that three learning shape. This learning shape "art cricitize","art history","aesthetic" and "practice" is for that four art discipline. For making that programme, students active making their problem like researcher "student centres approach" are first important that theoreical and agains are far away, individual learning is prop up to that system. This programme making art in their lifestyle, sense, think and feelings are making project. Historical and culturel value sensitive. Universal think, loving art, devolop to self-confidence, creative and productive, critical love nature, respect nature, Ataturk's principle and revolutions, Turkish Republic social, national and cultural worth to comprehend, laic, democratic and modern generations are grown is the target.
