2. Computer is special to us in so many ways . A computer is a powerful and useful device which works very fast. It also helps us learn new skills that are an important part of today’s digital world. Now let us have a look at some of the advantages of using a computer .

3. Advantages of using a computer. Speed : the computer allows you to perform tasks very fast. It can process a large amount of data very quickly .

4. Quality : The computer enables us to create high-quality documents and drawings. Document can meet required standard.

5. Reliability A computer is reliable and accurate. Which means you can depend on it to produce what it is instructed to produce. A computer never makes mistakes by itself.

6. Storage capability. A computer can store an enormous amount of data and make this data available for processing at any point in time when it is needed.

7. Versatility A computer can perform repetitive jobs efficiently. It can work in areas where the human brain cannot. It can be used for so many kind of jobs and various field/profession.

8. What a computer can do Write and create documents. E.g. letters, resumes, reports, newsletters, brochures, business cards, invitations etc. Check your finances: to create budget, record expenses, balance our check books, calculate our taxes and monitor our mortgages.

9. perform research: we can use the computer to research on any topic by the use of the internet. Work with numbers: using spread sheet we can work with numbers. Schedule your time: we can use the computer as a personal organiser to record upcoming activities, birthdays, anniversaries, events, meetings and appointment. Learning: we can use computer to learn many things. Chatting: we can use computers to chat with other people by typing message to them. Communicate: we can use computer to send email message and instant messages. Buying and selling: we buy and sell using the internet.
