Training in this workshop.

5. INTRODUCTION
This Industrial Training is done at H R T.C. Workshop
Palampur, which comes under Dharamshala Division
in Kangra Region. This Workshop undertaking the
major repair work of Local routes, Interstate, Special
Booking buses.

This Industrial Training is describe under syllabus and
required for experience and practical knowledge. We
had studied all kind of theoretical things about
clutches, brakes, Engine, Geer Box, Fuel Injection
Pump, and all the things related to our "Automobile
Engineering". In this workshop different departments
were also made for the the repair & maintenance
purposes. Here during this training I have seen all
thing and done practically which has helped to enrich
my knowledge greatly. This Project Report is all what
i have seen in the H R.T.C. workshop and done
practically with my hands. I am really thankful to all
staff members of the H R.TC. and the workers with
whose helpful nature and guidance I completed my
Industrial Training and Project Report.

38. CONCLUSION
In my Industrial Training, I was
Introduced to Industrial environment. I Learned
discipline and cooperation during my Industrial
Training and I felt good when I came in contact
with engineers and workers of workshop. Most
importantly I had learned the process of doing
work in big workshops with complete knowledge
of ENGINE SHOP and INTERSTATE SHOP which will
be useful for me when ever I will go to any
industry or workshop as an employee
